Women’s Wilderness Weekend
Join us for the Women’s Wilderness Weekend, July 21st–23rd at Quaker Haven Camp in Syracuse, IN. We’ll enjoy outdoor activities and Edy Sutherland (author and speaker) will be taking us, “Into the WHY–ld” to study Moses’ mother, Jochebed, and how God used her biggest “Why me?” moment and turned it into something beautiful to be used for His glory.
Meet at the church, Friday July 21st at 5:30pm. We will leave for the camp at 6pm. We will return to the church Sunday, July 23rd at 1pm.

*These activities cost extra. Costs vary depending on the number of people interested. Please bring up to $15 cash to pay on site if you are interested in these options.
Cabins and Tents
Quaker Haven Camp, Syracuse, IN (www.quakerhaven.com)
We have rented a cabin that sleeps up to 27 people, and have reserved tent camping sites for any overflow (up to 15 people). Space is limited and cabin arrangements are first come first serve.
The cabin provides us with AC, beds, showers/bathrooms, washers/dryers, a meeting space and cooking/eating space. Those using overflow camp sites will need to bring their own tents.
- Bedding or sleeping bag/pillow
- Toiletries, etc.
- ONE PIECE swim suit (required by camp)
- Water shoes can be helpful
- Bug spray
- Sun Screen
- Roasting Sticks (if you have some for the bonfires)
- Hiking shoes
- Comfortable clothes for hiking and/or climbing wall
- Camp chair or blanket for bonfires (optional)
- Snacks (if desired)
- Water bottle
